The 6 bedrooms are divided in 3 apartments with individual entrance. Each apartment has is own equipped kitchenette and a single sofa bed in the living room.
This full rental, at exclusive of the property, includes also the tavern, “NELLO’S CELLAR“, a space of 90 sqm with a large kitchen, living room and dining area suitable for up to 20 people.
In the entire structure there are 4 bathrooms, plus one more that is included in the tavern.

Mandatory services fee: EURO 250,00 (plus EURO 60,00 more in case the kitchen needs to be cleaned) includes cleaning and bed-bath-kitchen linens rental. It is calculated once for stay.
At the arrival will be requested a deposit of EURO 500,00 that we will pay back before departure, after verifying the house conditions.
Pets are accepted at no extra charge, however a supplement of EURO 200,00 will be required on the amount of the deposit.
Terms of stay: New year’s eve package from 30th Dec to 02nd Jan. The apartments will be available from 5 pm and we need to have them free before 10 am.
Cancellation policy: No penalties if cancelled before 14 days prior the check-in date. 30% penalty if cancelled from 14 to 1 days prior the check-in date. 100% penalty for no show.
