Extra bed per night: EURO 10,00

Cradle and high seat for babies per night: EURO 5,00

Mandatory services fee: EURO 60,00 (plus EURO 20,00 more in case the kitchen needs to be cleaned) includes cleaning and bed-bath-kitchen linens rental. It is calculated once for stay.

Pets are allowed, paying a 20,00 EURO fee for the entire stay

At the arrival will be requested a deposit of EURO 200,00 that we will pay back before departure, after verifying the apartment conditions.

Terms of stay: New year’s eve package from 30th Dec to 02nd Jan. The apartments will be available from 5 pm and we need to have them free before 11 am.

Cancellation policy: No penalties if cancelled before 7 days prior the check-in date. 30% penalty if cancelled from 7 to 1 days prior the check-in date. 100% penalty for no show.
